I'm slowly getting in the right frame of mind with my new diet Ill be cutting out the bad over 4 weeks. Week one I cut out meat...made it through feel great I'm in week two now cutting out the bread. I feel good but bread is a very hard one for me to give up.still sticking to my conviction though. Week three ill cut out dairy/cheese.:-( bye papa johns lol .Week four I cut down my sugar intake ...so if doesn't come from nature ...organically ..then I won't touch it...Im focused changing my life for the better !!!
